Our houseware packages are designed to provide everything you need to make you feel at home in your new accommodation.  There are three basic sizes of package offered to fit your apartment or house according to the number of bedrooms.  Click on the buttons on the left to see a detailed inventory for each size of package.

Each package comes with the following complimentary first meal and starter kit of essential household items, so that you should have no need to shop for anything on arrival.

COMPLIMENTARY FIRST MEAL

Spaghetti
Spaghetti sauce
Parmesan cheese
Bread sticks
Spring water
Coffee and tea
Coffee filters
Hot chocolate
Sugar and creamer
Biscotti, candies and snacks

(Meal can be ordered in Asian or Japanese style if preferred)

Houseware package rentals are invoiced on a monthly basis and cost as little as around $3 per day for a One Bedroom package.  The minimum rental period is normally two months, with one week's notice required for termination.  Part month rentals after the minimum rental period will be prorated according to the number of days.

Various optional extras are available for rent, including the following:

Microwave oven
Vacuum cleaner
Rice cooker
Wok
Tea kettle
Tea pot
Asian package (rice cooker, wok, utensils, tea kettle, tea pot, tea cups)
English package (tea kettle, tea pot, creamer, sugar bowl)
Sofa bed bedding package
Additional bedding package
Comforter upgrade instead of bedspread
